Treatment fee structure and coverage
Every order placed with MedExpress includes a standard €30 treatment fee.
Medical consultation and prescription issuance: The €30 treatment fee covers the health assessment of your online consultation by an EU-registered doctor as well as the administrative issuance of your private prescription.
Why the fee applies to repeat orders: Each repeat order requires ongoing clinical evaluation by an EU-registered doctor to review your treatment progress, monitor health safety, and issue a new private prescription for your continued care.
Refund policy for unapproved prescriptions
MedExpress provides a complete refund guarantee if a requested treatment cannot be safely prescribed.
Full refund guarantee: If an EU-registered doctor determines that a prescription cannot be issued for medical reasons, MedExpress will refund your payment in full. This includes a 100% refund of both the €30 treatment fee and the cost of the medication.
Refund timeframe: Refund payments are transferred back to your original payment account within 5 to 8 business days based on your selected payment method.
