Private prescription status and self-payment

MedExpress is an online service where patients can request private prescriptions issued by licensed EU doctors after a medical assessment.

Private Prescription Basis: All prescriptions issued through MedExpress are private prescriptions.

Self-Paid Treatments: Medications and services ordered through MedExpress are generally self-paid by the patient.

Health Insurance Reimbursement: Statutory or public health insurance reimbursement is excluded for treatments ordered through MedExpress in accordance with our terms and conditions (AGB).
