What Conditions Does MedExpress Treat?
MedExpress provides access to regulated prescription medications through an online consultation model. Treatments are currently available for two core clinical areas:
1. Weight Management
MedExpress offers prescription treatments for weight management and chronic weight supervision in weekly self-injection pen and daily tablet formulations:
Wegovy® Pen (Semaglutide): Weekly self-injection pens containing semaglutide. Dosages include 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, and 2.4 mg (each pen contains 4 doses).
Mounjaro® Pen (Tirzepatide): Weekly self-injection pens containing tirzepatide. Dosages include 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg (each pen contains 4 doses).
Wegovy® Tablet (Semaglutide): Daily oral tablets containing semaglutide. Strengths include 1.5 mg, 4 mg, 9 mg, and 25 mg (supplied in packs of 30 tablets).
2. Men’s Health (Erectile Dysfunction)
MedExpress offers PDE5 inhibitor treatments that relax blood vessels to support erectile function when sexually aroused:
Sildenafil (Generic Viagra®): On-demand tablets taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity, providing an active window of 4 to 6 hours. Strengths available include 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg (supplied in pack sizes of 8, 12, 16, 24, or 32 tablets).
Viagra®: On-demand tablets taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity, providing an active window of 4 to 6 hours. Strengths available include 25 mg (pack sizes of 4, 8, 16, 24, or 32 tablets), 50 mg (pack sizes of 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, or 32 tablets), and 100 mg (pack sizes of 12, 16, 24, or 32 tablets).
Cialis®: On-demand or daily tablets. Active duration lasts up to 36 hours for on-demand doses, or provides continuous coverage when taken daily. Strengths available include 5 mg (pack sizes of 14, 28, or 84 tablets), 10 mg, and 20 mg (pack sizes of 8, 16, 24, or 32 tablets).
How the MedExpress Service Works
Complete an Online Consultation: Fill out the online medical questionnaire detailing your symptoms, health history, and current medications.
Clinical Review: A licensed physician evaluates your questionnaire to determine if the requested treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Follow-up (If Required): If the medical team requires additional details or clarification, an "Action Needed" message will be sent to your email or account dashboard.
Prescription & Delivery: Once approved, your prescription is dispensed by a partner pharmacy and delivered directly to your address within Germany in plain, discreet packaging.
What MedExpress Does Not Treat
MedExpress is designed exclusively for routine, non-emergency outpatient healthcare. MedExpress does not provide:
Emergency Medical Care: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, acute chest pain, severe allergic reactions, or shortness of breath, call emergency services (112) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
In-Person Physical Examinations: Conditions requiring direct physical exams, manual diagnostic procedures, or complex continuous monitoring.
Complex Diagnostic Conditions: Health issues requiring specialized in-person laboratory testing before a clinical diagnosis can be established.
