Delivery options are fulfilled through our logistics partner DHL:

Standard Delivery: Delivered in 1–3 working days from dispatch. Cost is Free.

Express Delivery: Delivered next working day from dispatch via DHL Express. Cost is paid (displayed at checkout).

Discreet Packaging &amp; Temperature-Sensitive Handling

We prioritize privacy and clinical safety for all fulfillments:

Discreet Shipping: All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging without logos, brand names, or labels on the outside identifying the contents.

Partner EU Pharmacies: Dispensing and direct shipping are processed in collaboration with officially licensed EU partner pharmacies operating under EU cross-border healthcare regulations.

- Mounjaro®: Shipped automatically in specialized temperature-controlled cold-chain packaging.
- Wegovy®: Shipped in discreet standard packaging. Based on manufacturer stability testing and EMA approval, Wegovy® remains safe and effective at temperatures under 30 °C for up to 48 hours during transit and does not require active cooling during delivery. Upon receipt, store the medication in the refrigerator at 2–8 °C and do not freeze.
