Our treatment fee is €30 and includes medical consultation by the medical team as well as the issuance of your prescription.
Should the medical team be unable to issue a prescription for medical reasons, we will refund you the entire treatment fee as well as the cost of the medication. In this case, we will transfer the amount back to you within 5 to 8 business days according to the payment method you selected.
