For safety reasons, medications that have left the pharmacy cannot be returned. If you have unused medications, we recommend bringing them to a pharmacy for safe disposal.
For mail-order medication purchases, you can cancel the order up until it is processed at the pharmacy. Please contact our customer service through our contact form for this.
If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days in the original payment method.
