With each use, you inject 0.6 ml, which adds up to a total of 2.4 ml over 4 weeks. The Mounjaro® KwikPen is filled with 3 ml of liquid. Since about 0.6 ml is needed for priming, it is completely natural to still see some residual liquid in the pen at the end.
